John Prikke, parson of Tyringham , Robert atte Forde , and John James of Olney, quer., granted the manor and advowson to John Teryngham and Eleanor his wife, deforc., and to the heirs of their bodies. John died with Eleanor still alive. She continued in her estate for life and died so seised. She held the following in demesne as of fee.She died on 20 January 1425. John Teryngham , her son and next heir, is aged 21 and more.
