Cannock, 1/3 bailiwick of the seneschalcy of Cannock Forest, viz., the bailiwick of the seneschalcy of Ogley Hay, Hopwas Hays, and Cheslyn Hay, with their profits. Annual value of the third, 6s. 8d.
Fradley, a third of 10 a. land and of 2 a. meadow.
The whole bailiwick and land and meadow in Fradley are held of the king in chief by grand serjeanty, by being seneschal and bailiff of the forest.

She died on 4 October 1430. Thomas Swynerton , son and heir of John Swynerton, senior, and Clemence, is aged 30 and more.
