He held the following, conjointly enfeoffed with Isabel his wife, still living, by grant of his father William Botiller, knight , to John and Isabel, and to the heirs of the body of John. The grant was made by charter dated 12 November 1411.
East Grafton, ½ manor extending to West Grafton and Wilton as well as East Grafton, annual value £7 13s. 4d., but of whom and by what service it is held is unknown.

He died on 12 September last. John Botiller , his son and next heir, is aged 1½ years and more.
