Jurors: Henry Botheby and Ralph Caylesthorp of Louth; Richard Edward of Friskney; John Nevill , Roger West , Richard Freman , and John Coupeland of Faldingworth; Robert Ray ; Walter West of the same place; John Bryan of Bradley; and John Broklesby and John Wate of Louth.

Holdings

Owing to the death of John Godard, chevalier , and the minority of John his son and heir, the following came to the hands of ‪ Henry V and is still in the king’s hands. Conisholme, 3s. 7½d. rent from 2 messuages, 3 tofts, 30 a. land, 4 a. meadow, and 10 a. pasture, payable at Pentecost and Martinmas by equal parts. The rent is held of the king in chief in mesne between the king and the tenants as 1/30 knight’s fee.

He died on 23 August last. Agnes who was the wife of Brian Stapilton, knight , Maud wife of Robert Waddesley, esquire , and Robert Ughtred, chevalier , are his kin and next heirs. Agnes is one of the sisters of John Godard, chevalier, Maud is another sister, and Robert is the son of Margaret, his third sister. Each is aged 24 and more.

3 messuages, each worth 5s. yearly; 3 tofts, each worth 20d. yearly; and a croft, worth 20d. yearly, held of Ralph Botreaux, knight , by 11d. yearly for all services.
