Regarding lands and tenements held of the heir of John Sutton, knight , a minor in the wardship of ‪ Henry V.

Holdings
He held the following in demesne as of fee of the heir of John Sutton, knight .
Upper Penn, a messuage, ½ virgate of land, and an acre of meadow, annual value 6s. 8d., held as ½ knight’s fee.

He died on 20 December 1417. His daughter, Juliana, was then his next heir and aged 6 and more. She is now deceased, and John Collettus, chaplain , is her kin and next heir as the brother of Thomas father of Juliana. He is aged 40 and more.

Since Thomas’s death, John Harpur and other escheators have received the issues of the above for the king’s use by virtue of their office.
