Sarson, the manor, annual value 5 marks, held of Richard, duke of York , as of his manor of Stratfield Mortimer as 1/3 knight’s fee.
He held no other lands or tenements of the duke.
Over Wallop, a messuage, worth nothing yearly, and 3 virgates, each worth 10s. yearly, held of John Denham, knight , service unknown.
He granted the manor, described as all his lands and tenements in the vill and fields of Sarson, and the messuage and 3 virgates, described as all his lands and tenements in Over Wallop, by charter shown to the jurors, to John Langethorn, parson of Over Wallop, and Thomas Mewe , and to their heirs and assigns in perpetuity. They have had continual possession since the enfeoffment.

He died on 20 May 1429. Alice is his daughter and next heir, and aged 6 years.
