He was seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Carlton in Lindrick, a messuage, 30 a. land, and 10 a. meadow, called ‘le Whythall’, worth 20s. yearly; and 30s. assize rent, payable at Michaelmas and Lady Day equally, held of the king in chief in socage.
He died on 3 February 1428. Walter son of Thomas Karleton is his next heir as the son of Thomas Karleton brother of Henry, and is of full age.
He entered the messuage, lands, meadows, and rent without royal licence, and has taken the issues.n064
