Holdings

She held no lands or tenements of ‪ Henry V in chief in demesne or in service.

[1]+ William Lynde , Eustace Dabrichecourt , William Rous , and William Alisandre were lately seised of the following in demesne as of fee.
Stratfield Mortimer, 10 a. land called ‘Wykyngesfeld’, each acre worth 8d. yearly; 2 tofts, worth nothing yearly; 60 a. land, each acre worth 4d. yearly; and 6 a. wood called ‘South Wodelond’, worth nothing yearly, held by fealty of the earl of March.
By indented charter dated Stratfield Saye 19 January 1415, shown to the jurors, they gave the above, among other things, to John and Joan, described as John Dabrichecourt, knight, lord of Stratfield Saye , and Joan his wife, and to the heirs of their bodies, with remainder to the right heirs of John Dabrichecourt in perpetuity. The lands and tenements were described as all those lands, tenements, meadows, pastures, rents, and services in Stratfield Saye, Stratfield Mortimer, Great Sheep Bridge, and Heckfield that John lately had by enfeoffment of Nicholas his brother, except half of the park in Heckfield formerly of Nicholas and held by John.

John and Joan had issue: William. John afterwards died, then Joan died on 7 September 1419 when William was aged 3 years. William died without heir on 1 July 1422. The lands and tenements in Stratfield Mortimer, held of Edmund, lately earl of March, should remain to John son and heir of John Dabrichecourt , right heir of John as his son by Joan his first wife, daughter of Roger Lynde . Joan has no heir. John son of John was aged 21 on 23 November last.

Since then, Thomas Rogger has taken the profits of the above, title unknown.
