She held no lands or tenements in demesne as of fee of the king or any other. She held the following in dower with reversion to Edward Dodyngselles, knight , and his heirs.
Long Itchington, the manor, held of the king in chief by knight service. There is the site, worth nothing yearly; 100 a. arable, worth 60s. yearly; 20 a. meadow, worth 60s. yearly; 80 a. pasture, worth 40s. yearly; one windmill, worth 40s. yearly; a wood, its underwood is worth nothing this year because unfit to be sold; 20 messuages and 20 virgates of land and meadow, worth 20 marks yearly, payable at Lady Day and Michaelmas by equal parts; 21 marks assize rent from free tenants, payable yearly at the same feasts; and two leet courts with one court baron held at Michaelmas and Easter, worth nothing yearly above the seneschal’s fee.

Mary died on 18 January 1428. Edward is her son and next heir, and aged 30 and more.
