He held the following in demesne as of fee.
Letheringsett, the manor called ‘Villyes’. There are 40 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly; and Bayfield, 60 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly, held of the king in chief as 1/4 knight’s fee.
Woodbastwick, the manor called ‘Villies’. There are 60 a. arable, each acre worth 2d. yearly, and 3s. 4d. assize rent, payable at Easter and Michaelmas by equal parts. Of whom the manor is held is unknown.

He died on 3 May 1425. John is his son and next heir, and aged 16 and more.

Nicholas Wychyngham, esquire , Edmund Bere and Katherine his wife, and Cecily Heylesdon have taken the issues since William’s death, title unknown.
