Holdings
He held no lands or tenements of the king in chief in his demesne as of fee or in service. He held the following, all in the lordship of the manor of Tewkesbury, in his demesne as of fee of Richard earl of Warwick in right of lady Isabel his wife of her manor of Tewkesbury, annual value 12s.
Southwick, a croft of land called ‘Wyggerescroft’ containing 18 a. land, and 4 a. meadow adjacent to the croft in Gupshill, by service of 4s. yearly.
Tredington, 6 a. land and 2 a. meadow, by service of 12d. yearly.
After his death the croft, land and meadow descended by right of inheritance to Robert Wygger of Hardwicke, his son and heir, because he died seised in his demesne as of fee without any demise for any term of any parcel to anyone. Robert Wygger was seised in his demesne as of fee after his father’s death until the taking of this inquisition.

He died on 18 February last. The same Robert Wygger of Hardwicke is his son and next heir, aged 40 years and more.
