Holdings

She died seised in her demesne as of fee to herself and her heirs of the following:

£12 4s. 6d. annuity from the farm of the city of Canterbury by the hands of the bailiffs and ?citizens of the city, namely £4 18d. at Easter and £8 3s. at Michaelmas, as her part of £30 annuity appertaining to her; a moiety of the reversion of 5 marks which Margaret widow of Thomas Whetynden, senior , holds in dower by endowment of this Thomas of Agnes’s inheritance; and a moiety of the reversion of 44s. 5 1/3d. which Agnes widow of Thomas Whetynden , son of Thomas Whetynden , son of this Thomas Whetynden, senior , holds in dower by endowment of her late husband of Agnes’s inheritance, as parts of the £30 annuity.
‪ Edward III , by letters patent shown at this inquisition, granted this £30 annuity to William son of John Cundy and his heirs in recompense of the office of bailiff of the vill of Sandwich. Agnes is William’s kinswoman and an heir as daughter of Margaret one of his sisters and heirs.

She died on 24 July last. John Isaak is her son and next heir, aged 34 years and more.
