Richard Riddyng , William Ryddyng and Richard Gudwyn of Bulwell took the issues of the £7 from his death until 13 June 1423, when John Cokayn , then sheriff of Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire and by virtue of the king’s writ, took the rent into the king’s hands until the following Michaelmas. Thomas Chaworth , current sheriff, took the issues from Michaelmas 1423 and successively.
