The following buildings within the site of the manor of Dodford: a chamber called `le nurcerye' with 1/3 garden east of it and separate use of a latrine next the chamber; `le olde deyhous' with free ingress and egress by the door at the end of the hall there; `le spynnynghous' with a piece of land annexed to it containing 20 feet on the east side of the hall with free entry and exit by the doors of the hall at permitted and convenient times; a small kitchen on the north side of the large kitchen; `le deyhous' on the north side of the hall, the chamber above it and a little building west of it; `le carterstable' next `le garet'; `le baillyschambre' with 1/3 garden south of it called `le rekeyerde'; a grange next the churchyard called `le whetebern'; 4 bays of the `shepynhous' abutting the king's highway on the east with free ingress and egress by all the doors to the places named above. Annual value of all the above nil.Also within the site, separate use whenever and as often as she requires it of the following: `le bakehous', brewern, malt-kiln, `larderhous' and well with free ingress and egress; the principal pond in the orchard whenever she needs to draw water for brewing and other necessities with free ingress and egress by the gates, ways and paths to it formerly reserved to the executors of Henry de Bello Monte and heir of John Cressy , doing as little damage as possible to the young fish in it when fishing from the banks; 1/3 profits of the bakehouse or oven, water-mill and dovecot provided that she satisfies the executors of Henry and the heir of John Cressy in the matter of repairs to them; `le Overforyerd' and `le Netherforyerd' for keeping her animals, grinding her corn and all her other needs, provided that the executors of Henry de Bello Monte and John Cressy son and heir of John Cressy are disturbed as little as possible by her occupation of them. Also within the site: a granary in `le garnerhouse' on the north side next the door leading to the room above, and the empty [?dovecot] in the same building extending the breadth of the granary from the north to the west with free entry and exit; a lower chamber between `le garnerhous' and `le swyncote'; a building called `le boterie' behind the door of the hall of the lodge in `Dodesfordwode'; 1/3 fishery in the great pond next `le herber' with nets and other equipment for fishing; 1/3 orchard west of the site of the manor and 1/3 of the same orchard in the west part of `le asshyerde' as delineated by metes and bounds, annual value 2s. 6d.; 1/3 garden next the churchyard opposite the belfry on the east;
