There are in the manor a site with a dovecot and curtilage adjoining, annual value 4d.; 60 a. arable and 6 a. meadow, annual value 27s., i.e. each arable acre 3d. and each acre of meadow 2s.; a water-mill, annual value 6s.; and 100s. rent at Easter and Michaelmas in equal portions.
He died on 9 March last. Humphrey Stafford son of Humphrey Stafford, knight , father of John Stafford , is his brother and next heir, aged 22 years and more.
