He held in his demesne as of fee 3s. 4d. yearly rent called `wardsylver' taken every 24 weeks from the manor of Burnham, which Richard Milton formerly held, and also 1/2 knight's fee there; 6s. 8d. yearly rent called `wardsylver' every 24 weeks from the manor of Hardmead, and also 1 knight's fee there; 16d. assize rents from 2 messuages and a curtilage which John Hill formerly held in Burnham and 6s. assize rents from a messuage with curtilage which John Jolyf formerly held in Burnham; 54s. 8d. yearly rent from the manor of Horton as part of the manor of Stanwell in Middlesex. He held all the rents and fees as part of the manor of Stanwell with the remainder of the manor of Stanwell of ‪ Richard II for life for 1 knight's fee rendering 16s. 8d. for ward of Windsor castle every 40 days. The rents from the manors of Burnham and Hardmead are worth nothing yearly because they are paid as part of the service of the manor of Stanwell for ward of Windsor castle. The rent of 54s. 8d. from the manor of Horton is worth nothing yearly because it is paid in services to the abbess of Burnham , lady of the manor of `Undercombe'. After Brian's death Laurence Dru took the profits by letters patent of 11 July 1399 [CPR 1396-99, p. 588] and still receives them.

He died on 30 April 1399 [CIPM XVII, nos 1298-1302]. Richard Wyndesore is his son and next heir, aged 22 years and more.

Other findings as in 788.
