There are in the manor a chamber, kitchen, stable and dovecot, annual value nil, and 4 carucates, annual value 72s. The manor is held of the barony of Weldon for 1/3 knight's fee.

He died on 11 March last. Elizabeth wife of Thomas Berkeley, esquire , is his kinswoman and next heir, i.e. daughter of Thomas Seymour son of Edmund Seymour and Joan, and is aged 16 years and more.
