There are in the manor a site with ruinous buildings, annual value nil, 100 a. arable worth yearly 2d. an acre, and 3 a. meadow worth yearly 16d. an acre.

He died on 15 May 1420. John Penyngton, knight , is Elizabeth's kinsman and next heir, i.e. son of Alan son of Elizabeth, aged 30 years and more. William Standyssh , Hugh's son and next heir, is aged 27 years and more.
