In the presence of William Lee of Aston and John Wolaston , next friends of William's heir, the following were assigned in the manor of Standon: a chamber with a chapel ...newly built with a chamber and latrine annexed and the lower chambers there; a grange near the outer door called `le Newberne'; a portion of demesne arable called `le Leesfeld'; a field called `Burnhales'; a meadow called `Lee medu' and another portion of meadow called `Sekelmedewe'; a portion of wood in `Okehull' containing 4 a. on the north side against `Weston'; a piece of meadow called `Stokyngmedewe'; and the rents and services of the following tenants of the manor: William Sholton for a messuage in `Onyhay'; Thomas Endon for a messuage in Aston; Richard Overton for a messuage in Standon; and John Shelton for a messuage in Chorlton; 6s. 8d. yearly rent from Standon mill; 1/3 perquisites of courts with fines, amercements and emoluments; and the sixth turn of presentation to the church of the manor.
