She held of the king in chief for 1 knight's fee the manor of Bradfield, the advowson of the church of that township, and a messuage, a carucate, 12 a. meadow, 20 a. wood and £4 rent in Basildon, annual value £15, for life by the demise of Laurence Drew , Reynold Sheffeld senior , John Clerk, parson of Bradfield , Adam atte Hatche and John Crisshill of Aldworth in an indenture shown in evidence to the jurors, the king's licence having been obtained [29 July 1411: CPR 1408-13, p. 302], reversion to the heirs of William's body, remainder to his right heirs.

She died on 12 April last. Edward Langford is William's kinsman and next heir by virtue of the entail, i.e. son of Robert son of William Langford , aged 3 years and more. Joan is Lucy's daughter and next heir, aged 17 years and more.
