Holdings
He was seised in his demesne as of fee tail jointly with his wife Agnes by grant of Richard de la Bere, knight , Hugh Chabenore , who survives, Richard Luggere and William Crowland , deceased, as appears by a deed shown to the jurors, in 2/3 manors of Aston in Herefordshire and Stanage in the march of Wales, with reversion of the 1/3s which Agnes, widow of Lewis's father Peter de Cornewayle , holds in dower. They were seised by a charter shown to jurors by which Lewis and Agnes granted the 2/3 and the reversion of the 1/3s to Thomas Wallewayn , Hugh Mawene , deceased, Richard de la Bere, knight , and Edmund Morys , who survive. So seised, Thomas, Hugh, Richard and Edmund enfeoffed John de la Bere , William Byryton , Thomas Lygon and Roger Atkyns , who were still seised on the day of the taking of this inquisition.
He died in France on 30 Nov. last. Edmund Cornewaill is his son and next heir, aged 10 years and more.

He was seised of the manors of Thonock and Laughton and in lands, tenements, reversions and services in Kexby, Upton, Walkerith, Stockwith, Willingham, Corringham, Blyton, Northorpe and Scotton and by his charter shown to the jurors dated at Gainsborough 6 May 1405, by the name of Lewis Cornewayle son and heir of Peter de Cornewayle , granted them to Richard de la Beere , Hugh Chabbenore , John de Somerford, chaplain , and William Crowland . John and William died and Roger and Hugh survived and held
