She held in dower of the inheritance of William Lucy , son and heir of Thomas Lucy, knight , by assignment of Thomas Lucy , formerly her husband, 1/3 manor of Bishampton and 2/3 of the same manor as keeper in socage of her son William Lucy, a minor in the king's wardship, annual value £7.

Bishampton. The whole manor is held of the bishop of Worcester in socage. Annual value of the site of the 1/3 nil: there are in the 1/3 a@=0.33@ 1/3@ of 1/2 carucate, annual value 13s. 4d., 4 a. meadow worth 4d. an acre and 60s. assize rents at Michaelmas and the Annunciation in equal portions.

She died on 2 April last. William Lucy , son of Thomas Lucy, knight , is her son and next heir aged 17 years and more.

She held of the king in chief in her demesne as of fee in Stow cum Quy 80 a. arable worth 12d. an acre, total £4; `le Fysshous' and the several water belonging to it, annual value 12s., and a croft containing 5 roods arable adjoining it, annual value 16d.
Richard Archer , who survives, and Alice had issue John and Margaret, and Richard now holds for life by the law of England.

She died on 8 April last. Heir as in 511.

Richard and Alice had issue a son John and a daughter Margaret. Richard survives and holds the manors by the law of England.

She died on 3 April last. William Lucy is her son and next heir, aged 18 years.

the manor of Ravensden, annual value 13s. 4d. and no more because Reynold Trayly , formerly lord of the manor, by his charter dated at Northill 7 Aug. 1401, granted to John Hertyshorne, esquire , who survives, for his life a yearly rent of 5 marks from the manor, which is held of John, Earl Marshal of England , service unknown.
Richard and Alice had issue, after the lawful celebration of marriage between them, a son John and a daughter Margaret. Richard survives and holds the manors by the law of England.
