Jointly with his wife Alice he held the manor of Great Wishford with the advowson of the church at alternate presentations by grant of John Chitterne, clerk , and John son of Thomas Bonham by virtue of a fine of East. three weeks 1405 [CP 25/1/256/58, no. 39] concerning 1/2 manors of Great Wishford and Hanging Langford.

The manor of Great Wishford is held of the king of the duchy of Lancaster , service unknown, annual value of the 1/2 60s. [?5d.].
He also held the manor of Hanging Langford for life jointly with Alice by demise of John Stourton senior and Thomas Bakon, clerk , who had it by feoffment of Thomas Bonham , reversion to Robert Monpissone and his wife Alice and the heirs of their bodies, remainder to the right heirs of Thomas Bonham . The manor of
Hanging Langford is held of the abbess of Wilton of her manor of Wylye by service of 100s. yearly, annual value 40s.
He also held for life the manors of Bathampton, Wylye and Deptford by demise as above, remainder to Robert and Alice.
Bathampton, Wylye and Deptford. The manors are held of John Fastolf, knight , and his wife Millicent of his manor of Castle Combe [?for] £8 yearly, annual value above that rent, 100s.
He also held
a rent from lands in Compton Chamberlayne which Laurence Gowayn now holds

He died 4 October last. William Bonham is his son and next heir, aged 19 years.
