He was seised in his demesne as of fee of

3s. 7 1/2d. rent from 2 messuages, 3 tofts, 30 a. arable, 4 a. meadow, and 10 a. pasture in Conisholme paid at Martinmas and Whitsun in equal portions. The messuages are held of the king in chief for 1/30 knight's fee as mesne lord between the king and the tenants.
By his charter dated 10 May 1417, shown to the jurors, he granted the manor of Cockerington to John Routh, knight , John Hothom, knight , Roger Godeale, parson of Bainton , and John Raytheby of Lincolnshire, and they were seised.

He died on 30 May 1420. John Godard is his son and next heir, aged 2 years and more.

He held in fee simple

of the earl of Northumberland , service unknown, 2 messuages, a bovate and 1 1/2 a. arable, 1/3 of 1,200 a. pasture, 80 a. wood and 4s. 5d. rent at Martinmas and Whitsun in equal portions in Lund, annual values: the messuages 13s. 4d.; the bovate and 1 1/2 a. 13s. 4d.; the 1/3 pasture nil because the tenants of the township of Lund have common of pasture for all beasts without number in it; the 1/3 wood 26s. 8d.; the rent 4s. 5d.
He also held
in the same township 3 messuages, 3 tofts and a croft of Ralph Botreaux, knight , paying 16d. for all services, annual values: the messuages 5s.; each toft 20d.; the croft 20d.
He also died seised of
a quit rent of £4 5s. 3d. from the manor of Lund at the terms mentioned above.
Jointly with his wife Isabel, who survives, he was seised for life of 1/3 moiety of the castle and manors of Sutton on Hull and Bransholme in Holderness, 20 messuages, 10 tofts and 20 bovates in Sutton on Hull, Bransholme, Stoneferry, Ganstead, Coniston, North Frodingham or South Frodingham, Rolston and Hornsea Burton held of the lord of Holderness , service unknown, annual value £20, by grant of John Routh, knight , Robert Heytfeld and John Raytheby , reversion to them after the deaths of John and Isabel. By his charter dated at Wassand 10 May 1417 John granted to John Routh , John Hothom , knights, Roger Gudale, parson of Bainton , and John Raytheby of Lincolnshire and their heirs for ever the manor of Wassand and 1/3 manor of Atwick.

Date of death as in 506. John Godard is his son and next heir, aged 3 years and more.

[Sewn to the Exchequer version is a writ, dated 5 July 1421 (prepared by Wymbyssh, attested at Westminster by Henry V), for delivery of his lands in Yorkshire to his widow Isabel, to whom they and the wardship and marriage of his son and heir Thomas during his minority had been granted by letters patent dated 6 Nov. 1420.]
