As in 236, save that the assets within the manorial complex are valued collectively, not individually, at 33s. 4d. [the individual values in 236 total only 6s. 8d.], the acres in the three fields are valued at 12d. an acre [improbably high], though the total value for each field remains 6s. 8d. [i.e. 4d. per acre, much more probable], no mention is made of Ralph and Sibyl Grevell's reversion.
Her date of death is given as 31 January 1419, and Sibyl, daughter of her husband Robert, is identified as her next heir, aged 34 yrs and more.
