Holdings

She held the manor and advowson of Stanton Fitzwarren in her demesne in fee tail by the grant of Thomas Romesye and Oliver Romeseye by their charter shown to the jurors, to Thomas Lye deceased and Isabel then his wife and the heirs of their bodies with remainder to his right heirs, made by licence of ‪ Richard II [5 Feb. 1399: CPR 1396- 9, p. 464] also shown to the jurors. They should remain to Nicholas, brother and right heir of Thomas Lye, aged 28 years and more, as Thomas died without heirs of his body.

Stanton Fitzwarren. The manor is held of the king in chief as 1/10 knight's fee, annual values, the site nil, 100 a. arable 100s., 5 a. meadow 10s., 40 a. pasture 10s., and 30s. in rents payable by equal parts at Easter and Michaelmas.

She died on 24 May last. Thomas Popham , aged 12 years and no more, is her heir.
