Holdings

Reynold Banham, parson of Framlingham , and Richard Fornecote, parson of Hoo , held in their demesne as of fee the manor of Loddon with the advowson of Thwaite St. Mary, and 100 a. arable, 20 a. meadow, 30 a. pasture and 10 a. wood in Sisland. By their charter dated 27 July 1412 and shown to the jurors they granted the above with all their lands in Loddon, Sisland, Wangford, Thurton, Hardley, Chedgrave, Norton Subcourse, Heckingham, Mundham, Thwaite St. Mary and `Herst' called `le Parke' to Thomas and his wife Alice, to hold for their lives with remainder to the heirs of their bodies, of the chief lords of the fees.

Loddon, the manor, held by a rent of 11d., annual value 10 marks.
Thwaite St. Mary, the advowson, annual value 40s.
Sisland, 100 a. arable, 20 a. meadow, 30 a. pasture and 10 a. wood, service unknown.

He died on 11 Dec. 1418. Thomas his son and heir is aged 15 years and more.

Jointly with his wife Alice, who survives, he held the manor of Kettleburgh with the advowsons of Kettleburgh and Easton by the grant of Ralph Ramsey, esquire , to them and his heirs, by his deed dated at Kettleburgh on 22 March 1413, made by royal licence [10 Nov. 1412: CPR 1408-13, p. 469] and shown to the jurors.

Kettleburgh, the manor, with the advowsons of Kettleburgh and Easton, held of the king in chief by knight service, annual value £30.
