121A Writ de dote assignanda. 6 February 1419. [Wymbyssh] Teste John, duke of Bedford.

Edmund, bishop of Exeter has been ordered to take her oath not to marry without the king’s licence. The escheator of Cornwall ordered to take her oath not to marry without royal licence and then to assign dower from the lands taken into the king’s hand owing to the death of her husband John Colshull, knightand the minority of his son and heir John . Assignment to be in the presence of the next friends of John the son. [CCR 1413–19, p.497]
