Peter de Ty, knight, once held the manor of Morley St. Botolph in his demesne as of fee and granted it to Robert Morley and the heirs male of his body. He held it, had issue Robert and William and so died. It descended to Robert as heir male and he had issue Thomas Morley . A 1/3 manor was assigned to Parnel, widow of Robert, father of Thomas. She survives holding in dower. Thomas died without heirs male holding 2/3 and the reversion of 1/3. It should descend to Robert, brother of Thomas, but came into the king's hand, whether owing to the minority is unknown. Robert was aged 21 years and more at the death of Thomas. A 1/3 of 2/3 was assigned to Elizabeth, widow of Thomas, who survives. Robert, brother of Thomas, died on 25 Sept. last. It should descend to William son of Robert and brother of Robert, father of Thomas, brother of Robert. He is aged 40 years and more.
