Holdings

He held 2 parts of 6 a. meadow and of 71s.11d. rent in Swaythling and Wimpson by the courtesy of England after the death of Joan his wife, one daughter and heir of Nicholas Berenger . With the 3rd part, which Thomas Semeleye holds for life by the courtesy of England since the death of Anastasia his wife, the other daughter of Nicholas, they are held of the king in chief by a rent of 20s. payable at the exchequer by the sheriff, beyond that the 2 parts are worth 30s. yearly.

He died on 6 Dec. last. Robert Bodenham , son of Anastasia, sister of Joan, is her next heir, aged 21 years and more.
