He held the manor of Stoughton in his demesne as of fee of the bishop of London in socage by a rent of 1 clove of gillyflower at Christmas; and a parcel of land in Stoke next Guildford called ‘Chaumberlaynesland’ in socage by a rent of 13s.8d. payable by equal parts at Easter and Michaelmas, suit of court at the manor of Stoke every 3 weeks, and other unknown services (ac pro que alia servicia de dicto episcopo penitus ignorant), annual value together £10.

He died on 13 July last. Thomas his son and heir is aged 20 years and more.
