The annual value is nil beyond 55s. yearly which by his deed dated 4 Jan. 1409 John Lovell granted to Thomas Bekyngham for life, payable by equal parts at Easter and Michaelmas, with clause of distraint, that should all or part be in arrears by a fortnight after those terms be might enter and hold the premises until satisfied. In virtue of this clause he was holding the premises at the death of John Lovell .

Shorthampton, 1/2 virgate, of the same duchy in socage, annual value 2s.
