Holdings

Owing to his minority half the manor of Barton Stacey held of Henry IV by knight service, annual value £8 11s., came into the king’s hands on the death of Philip his father and so remains.

Philip the father held jointly with Elizabeth his wife the manor of Dummer, by the grant of William Pont, rector of Farleigh Wallop , and John vicar of Hampstead Norris to them and the heirs of their bodies, of the king of the honor of Wallingford by knight service, annual value £3 6s.8d.

He died on 19 March 1401. Margaret and Maud are his sisters and heirs, Margaret aged 14 on 1 May last, Maud 13 on 27 May.
