Dunton is held of the barony of Swanscombe, annual value nil because Gilbert Talbot, knight, Lord Talbot , deceased, granted Isabel his wife £40 yearly at Michaelmas for life from it, and John Deverose, knight , deceased, granted Reynold ap Reignold 8 marks yearly from it payable by equal parts at Lady Day and Michaelmas.
