Churchill and Viveham, 1 messuage, 1/2 carucate and 22s. rent, by knight service of the manor of Dartington , which was taken into the king’s hands owing to the forfeiture and death of the earl of Huntingdon and the minority of his heir, the lands in Viveham being parcel of Churchill, annual value together 26s.8d.

Lobb, 1 messuage and 1 carucate, of William Were , service unknown, annual value 40s.

He died on 20 Sept. 1400 . Thomas his son and next heir was aged 21 on 3 May last .

By letters patent of 14 Oct. 1400 [CPR 1399–1401 , p.449] the king granted the wardship to Edmund Parker , and he by his deed shown to the jurors granted it to Martin Lerchedekene, clerk , and John Boson .
