Regarding Richard Savage, whose lands, which he held for the term of his life by curtesy after the death of Agnes his late wife, were taken into Richard II’s hand on account of a felony for which he abjured the realm.

Six a. arable and 3 roods of meadow in Walcot which Richard Savage of Folkingham held for life by the law of England, of the inheritance of Agnes his late wife, daughter and heir of John Walkot , came into the hands of Richard II and remain to the present king owing to the felony of Richard Savage at Stamford on 20 March 1395 , when he killed John Bocher of Stamford , and for that abjured the realm.

The 6 a. arable and 3 roods of meadow in Walcot are held of Katherine de Walkote , service unknown, annual value 2s.

He died on 29 March 1402 . Joan, daughter of William Fogg of Folkingham and Isabel his late wife, is kinswoman and heir of Agnes, being the daughter of Isabel, daughter of Agnes, and aged 12 years and more.
