Holdings
One messuage and 12 a. in Ellough, which were held by John de Gyselham , came into the king’s hands when he was outlawed on 20 March 1357 at the suit of Thomas Gardener in a plea of account, and they are still so held. They are held of Edmund Berry, esquire , in socage, service unknown, annual value 10s.
He died on 19 July 1372. William, John and Henry, his sons, are his next heirs by the custom of the vill of Ellough and other vills nearby. Each of them is aged 36 years and more.
