Regarding lands held in fee tail, from the inheritance of Robert, son and heir of Richard de Ponynges chivaler - who held of Richard II in chief - a minor in the king’s ward.

The escheators have held them since her death and are answerable for the profits.

Robert de Ponynges , son of Richard, his next heir, is aged 21 years and more.
