She held in dower, of the king in chief by knight service by the assignment of Thomas de Percy, earl of Worcester , guardian of the lands and heir of Peter de Mauley , son of Peter son of Peter VI , her husband:

Bainton, the manor, with its members in Bainton, Neswick, Kilnwick, Applegarth and Hunmanby, annual value 100 marks.

Akenberg, the manor, 40s.

Lythe, the advowson, 10 marks; Hinderwell, the advowson, 66s.8d.; and a third part of the advowson of Bainton, annual value of the whole being £20.

She held in fee tail:

Seaton in Cleveland, the manor, by the grant of William Ak, parson of Lockington , John Braythewelle, parson of Hinderwell , Robert Lorimer and William de Malton to Peter de Mauley and Constance then his wife, and the heirs male of their bodies, with remainder to the right heirs of Peter. Therefore it should remain to Peter, son of Peter, son of Peter. It is held of John de Darcy, knight , of his manor of Whorlton, annual value 100s.

Healaugh and Reeth in Swaledale, half the manor, by a fine of 1375 [CP 25(1) 277/137 no. 43] to Peter and Constance his wife, with remainder to the heirs male of his body and his right heirs. It should descend as above. It is held of Ralph earl of Westmorland of the castle and manor of Richmond by knight service, annual value £20.

Bransholme, the castle and manor, Sutton on Hull, the manor, and the six advowsons of the chantries of 6 chaplains celebrating in the chapel of Sutton in Holderness, by virtue of a grant by Richard Ravenser , Robert Lorimer and Thomas de Beverley to Thomas de Sutton, knight , and Agnes his wife, and the heirs male of their bodies, with remainder in tail male to Peter de Mauley and Constance his wife, and Peter de Mauley his son and Margery his wife, with reversion to the right heirs of Thomas de Sutton . Thomas and Agnes died without heirs male of their bodies. Peter and Margery had issue Peter to whom the manors and advowsons should descend. The castle and manor of Bransholme are held of Robert Hilton, knight , service unknown, annual value 40s. The manor of Sutton on Hull and the advowsons are held of Thomas of Lancastre, steward of England , of the manor of Burstwick and of the lordship of Holderness, services unknown; annual values, manor £40, chantries each 5 marks.

Constance died on 9 June. John Godard her son and heir is aged 14 years and more.
