Seaton in Cleveland, the manor, by the grant of William Ak, parson of Lockington , John Braythewelle, parson of Hinderwell , Robert Lorimer and William de Malton to Peter de Mauley and Constance then his wife, and the heirs male of their bodies, with remainder to the right heirs of Peter. Therefore it should remain to Peter, son of Peter, son of Peter. It is held of John de Darcy, knight , of his manor of Whorlton, annual value 100s.

Healaugh and Reeth in Swaledale, half the manor, by a fine of 1375 [CP 25(1) 277/137 no. 43] to Peter and Constance his wife, with remainder to the heirs male of his body and his right heirs.
