The manor is held of the earl of Westmorland of the honour of Richmond in socage by suit of court once yearly at the customary place, annual value 100s. The tenement and 90 a. are held of William FitzRauff by rent of 6s.8d., annual value 33s.4d.

He died on 25 Sept. last . By Margaret his wife, who survives him, he had issue Richard, aged one quarter year, his next heir.
