[Dorse:] Response of William Frost mayor and escheator. I took into the king's hand all the lands and tenements in my bailiwick of which Miles de Stapulton was seised in demesne as of fee on the day of his death, according to the form of the writ, and I have carefully inquired according to the tenor of the writ as appears in the attached inquisition taken before me.
