She held the manor and advowson of Stratfield Saye jointly with Nicholas Dabriggecourt, knight , formerly her husband, by the grant of Nicholas Carreu , John de Salesburi , Robert Corby and William de Brantyngham , for which the king’s licence had been obtained, to them and their heirs, the heirs of the body of Elizabeth, and failing such the right heirs of Nicholas. [ sic ], annual value 40s.; 100s. in assize rents payable by equal parts at the four principal terms; 1 park, the pasture grazed by the deer, annual value nil beyond the enclosure and the fee of the parker; 30 a. meadow, 40s.; 100 a. pasture, 20s.; 2 watermills, 40s.; and 1 fulling mill, 6s.8d.

John is the son of Nicholas and Elizabeth and their next heir in accordance with the grant to them. He is aged 26 years and more. Elizabeth died on 28 Sept. last .
