He died on 12 September last. Simon, his son and next heir, was aged a year and no more on 1 August last.

Westbury on Severn, 1/3 manor, annual value 10 marks, held of the current king in chief as 1/3 knight’s fee.
He held the following in demesne as of fee tail jointly with Elizabeth his wife, still living, by grant of John Chaddesdene , by a fine levied on the morrow of the Ascension 1417, granting it to them and the heirs of their bodies [CP 25/1/291/64, no. 79].
Bollow, the manor, annual value 100s., held of the duke of Lancaster as of his honour of Monmouth, as 1/4 knight’s fee.
