By fine in the king’s court [CP 25/1/165/153/472], they granted the manor to Laurence – son of Robert and Sibyl – and Margaret his wife, and the heirs of their bodies, so that they were seised in demesne as of fee by form of the grant. They had issue:

, and died seised of such estate. After their deaths Richard entered the manor as son and heir. He had issue: Alice, named in the writ, and Katherine, and died seised of such estate. After his death Katherine had issue:

, and died. Alice entered the entire (integrum) manor and died seised without heir of her body.
Hillington, the manor, annual value 43s. 9d., held of the king in chief as 1/60 knight’s fee.
She died on 3 April 1440.
