The five messuages in the moiety of the manor are worth £8 3s. 9½d. more yearly than the 78s. 4d. returned in the earlier inquisition; and the assize rent of various free tenants is worth 12s. 5d., and ½lb. of cumin, more than the 26s. 8d. returned in the earlier inquisition.
