She held no lands or tenements of the king in chief in demesne or in service, but she held the following for the term of her life jointly with Nicholas Hawley , late her husband, by grant of John Haweley to them and the heirs of the body of Nicholas. [As 100 [+1] above, with the same discrepancies concerning Trevarthian and Penros ; but stating in addition that the reversion of the premises pertained to John Haweley and his heirs, and that the premises in Tresithney are held in socage.]
She died on 20 September last. Hugh Courtenay is her brother and next heir [age not given]. Elizabeth, the wife of John Copleston , is the daughter and next heir of John Hawley , because Nicholas died without heir of his body, and is aged 30 and more. [Head:] Delivered to court on 20 March 1443.
