Partition of the manor of Plas-yn-Dinas between John Tiptoft, knight , and Joyce, his wife, daughter of Edward Charlton, knight ; and Henry Grey, knight , kin of Joyce, as son of Joan the other daughter of Edward, sister of Joyce, next heirs of Edward after the death of John Fitz Piers who held it to him and the heirs of his body by grant of Edward, with reversion to the right heirs of Edward. Part of John Tiptoft and Joyce his wife: 1/2 manor of Plas-yn-Dinas containing the site of the manor, and all lands and tenements, meadows, pastures, rents, and services extending to the vills of Mellemor de Llanfechain, Lledrod, Cadoynbayn, and Kuthegil, with all their rights and appurtenances, extending at 15s. 1d. according to the extent made and returned to Chancery. Part of Henry Grey : 1/2 manor of Plas-yn-Dinas containing all lands and tenements, meadows, pastures, rents, and services extending to the vills of Garthbulgh de Llannerchemrys, Cefnllyfnog, Rewelas, Godenwall, and Streteurnowe, with all their rights and appurtenances, extending at 15s. 1d. according to the above extent.

Regarding partition by command of ‪ Henry V of the lands and tenements that were of Edward Charlton of Powys, chevalier , between Joyce and Joan, his daughters and heirs [CFR 1413–22, p. 399].
