He did not died seised of any lands or tenements, but Thomas Cumberworth, knight , Robert Hylton, knight , John Aske, esquire , and John Chaumber , feoffees of Robert Constable by charter sealed with his arms dated on 6 Henry VI [1 Sept. 1427 to 31 Aug. 1428], hold the following in chief. Lubbesthorp, 1/3 manor, annual value 6 marks, held of William, Lord Zouche of Harringworth , as 1/6 knight’s fee.
He died on 24 May 1441. Robert Constable is his son and next heir, and aged 19 years. There remain no lands or tenements to Robert, son, beyond the enfeoffment above. [Head:] Delivered to court on 22 November 1441.
