Farringdon, the manor, annual value 100s., held of Robert, Lord Poynings, knight, as of his manor of Wick Fitzpayn, by knight service. She died seised of the following in demesne as of free tenement by grant of Richard Hareslade, chaplain , and Robert Wyth , with reversion to John son of John Bluet and Agnes, and the heirs of his body, and remainder to the right heirs of Agnes, as apparent in the charter shown to the jurors. Iwood, the manor, annual value 10 marks, held of John, bishop of Bath and Wells, in right of his church of St Andrew, Wells, service unknown.
She died on 17 March last. John Bluet is her son and next heir, and also son and next heir of the bodies of Agnes and John Bluet, her former husband. John, son, is aged 40 and more. [Head:] Delivered to court on 15 May 1442.

Aylescott, one messuage, 20 a. land, 10 a. pasture, and 7s. 6d. rent, held of Gilbert Hassh by fealty only for all services. Annual value 10s.
She died on 17 March 1442. John Bevyle and Agnes had issue: Humphrey Bevyle, esquire , still living. Humphrey is son and next heir of their bodies, and son and next heir of John Bevyle.
