The manor and advowson remained to <rs type="person">Walter</rs> son of Walter Derby who was seised of the manor in demesne as of fee tail, and seised of the advowson as of fee and by right. <rs type="person">William</rs> brother of <rs type="person">Walter</rs> son of <rs type="person">Walter</rs> died without heir of his body, with <rs type="person">Walter</rs> son of <rs type="person">Walter</rs> still living, and <rs type="person">Walter</rs>, son, continued in his estate for all his life and died so seised without heir of his body. The manor and advowson remained to <rs type="person">Margaret</rs> and she was seised of the manor in demesne as of fee tail and of the advowson as of fee and by right. She continued in her estate for all her life, and died so seised without heir of her body.
